About this accommodation

Ideally located just minutes from Disneyland Paris.

Functional and well-equipped, this studio will welcome you whether you are traveling for business, offering a romantic getaway to your +1 or taking your child to Disney.

Equipped with a sofa bed and a travel cot, our studio can be adapted to suit your needs. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station, you can reach the Parc des Princes in 5 minutes or central Paris in 45 minutes.

How to get around

You will find the bus stop in front of the residence as well as the Val d'Europe RER A station just a 2-minute walk away.

Very easy to access, you can get to Disneyland in 5 minutes by train. Allow 45 minutes for the journey to central Paris.

You can also get around on foot because everything is nearby.

For your car, parking is on the street.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

We welcome you to our home and entrust you with the maintenance of the furniture, the cleanliness of the premises and the tranquility of the neighborhood.

We ask that you respect these rules and leave the premises in the condition in which you found them.

By booking, the tenant agrees to comply with the house rules. In case of breakage, damage, or loss, please report it during your stay, even if no damage appears.

In the event of loss or damage to any items in the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement.

The tenant will need to complete an online form before arrival. (A copy of their ID is required)

In order to reserve the accommodation, the main tenant must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire duration of the rental.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed, the maximum capacity of the accommodation must be respected.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation/balcony and in common areas, a fee of EUR 250 will be charged to your security deposit in case of tobacco or other smell.

It is forbidden to organize parties/events in the accommodation for your own account and/or that of a third party, a penalty of 500 EUR will be withheld from your security deposit.

It is forbidden to make noise that could disturb the co-ownership between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Pets are not allowed.

Please note that a penalty of EUR 500 may be deducted from your security deposit in the event of a lack of cleanliness, particularly if the accommodation is not left in a good condition upon departure: the trash must be taken out and placed in the household waste bins, the refrigerator must be emptied, the dishes must be washed and put away, and the household appliances must be left clean. Damaged, missing, or stained sheets and towels will be charged.

Please respect the departure time unless previously agreed, if this rule is not respected a penalty of 100 EUR will be applied to your security deposit.

Please note that if you purchase a Netflix subscription during your stay, the cost will be charged to your security deposit.
