Stays
The following terms and conditions are a contract between the owner of RentAway.fr and yourself, the person making the booking as well as all adult (25+) members of your party who will be staying at any of our properties.
Age requirement regulation
In order to book accommodation, the main tenant must be at least 25 years and has to be present throughout the entire rental period.
Arrival and Departure
Self check-in with smart lock.
Upon check-out, the garage opener, the remote control and the key must be put back to the location that you collected them from when you checked-in.
Check-in : 4.00 pm – 00.00 am
Check-out : 10.00 am
Early departures
If the client shortens his stay after arrival, no refund will be made.
Additional fees
Early Arrival & Late Departure upon request and subject to availability with an additional charge, please complete your online check-in registration before arrival.
Cancellation or changes to your booking by us
We shall not be liable for changes, cancellations or any other effect on your booking due to events beyond our control (force majeure). In these Conditions “force majeure” means any event or its consequences that could not reasonably have been avoided by us, even with the exercise of all due diligence.
In case we have to cancel or make a change to your accommodation, we will use all reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as possible and to inform you of the cancellation or the change. If possible, we will offer alternatives, but should these alternatives be unacceptable to you the booking will be treated as cancelled and we will refund any money you have paid to us within 14 days of any cancellation.
Rules relating to relocation
In case of unavailability of the accommodation or in case of force majeure, we reserve the right to accommodate the Client in whole or in part in an accommodation of equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same nature.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not pay you any compensation in the following circumstances:
Cleaning and supply of linen
Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental price.
All household linen is provided for your stay: duvet, duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase, bath towel, bath mat, tea towel.
We offer extra cleaning services including change of beddings and towels for stays longer than 5 days (Upon request with additional surcharge).
Prices and price revision

No Booking on behalf of others
The reservation is made on a strictly personal basis. You may not sublet or transfer your reservation without our consent. For security and insurance reasons, the number of occupants mentioned by the client at the time of the reservation is not authorized. As such, we may refuse any person beyond the number of people mentioned at the time of the reservation.
If it is found that the property has been booked on behalf of someone else, this will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
No parties, events, gatherings
If it is found that a guest is having a party, an event or a gathering, there will be an immediate termination of the booking, with no refund for the booking or deposit .
Modification of the stay
The customer has the possibility to modify the dates of the stay in the measure of the availabilities and the possibilities of reception.
The amounts already paid for the reservation, in progress, will be transferred to the new reservation.
In the event that the rate of the new reservation is lower than the rate of the initial reservation, the difference between the two stays will be refunded to the client, except in the event of a change less than fourteen (14) days before the date of arrival.
Cancellation policy
Please note that any cancellation request must be sent by email.
In order to receive a full refund (*), cancellation must take place at least 30 days before check-in.
Full refund (*) for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
No refund will be made in case of non-arrival.
The cleaning fee and the tourist tax will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the arrival date.
In case of failure to enter the premises no later than four days after the rental start date, we reserve the right to seek to re-rent the accommodation during the period initially reserved by the customer.

Request or Claim
Please note that any request to modify or cancel the reservation must be sent by e-mail.
Any complaint must be sent by e-mail within 14 days following the departure of the stay, after this period, no claim can be taken into account.
Security deposit
A pre-authorisation on your credit card is required as security deposit prior to your arrival, to cover any damages, lost keys, excessive cleaning, missing inventory or contraventions of any rules and regulations of the property.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made if the security deposit is not completed within the required time.
Payment method
We accept payments in cash or by bank transfer, PayPal and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, American Express). Should payment not reach us within the required time we reserve the right to cancel any bookings made and any deposit paid will be forfeit.
Resolutory clause
The furnished real estate listed below is exclusively rented out on a seasonal basis, as a secondary residence of the lease only. As such, this lease is excluded from the scope of Law No. 89-462 of 6 July 1989.
