We are delighted to welcome you.
To prepare for your stay, we ask you to kindly complete the online check-in form. A link will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. (A copy of your ID is required.)

Stays
The following terms and conditions constitute a contract between the owner of rentaway.fr and you, the person making the reservation, and all adult members (25+) of your party who will be staying at one of our properties.

Age Requirement Regulations
In order to reserve accommodation, the main tenant must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire duration of the rental.

Arrival and Departure
Self-service check-in with connected lock.
Upon departure, the parking beeper, remote control and key must be returned to the place where you collected them upon arrival.
Arrival: 4:00 p.m. – midnight
Departure: 10:00 a.m.

Early departures
If the guest shortens their stay after arrival, no refund will be made.

Additional charges
Early check-in and late check-out on request and subject to availability with an additional charge, please complete your online check-in before arrival.

Cancellation or modification of your reservation by us
We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, or any other effects on your booking due to events beyond our control (force majeure). In these terms and conditions, the term “force majeure” means any event or its consequences that could not have been reasonably avoided by us, even with the exercise of all due care.
If we have to cancel or change your accommodation, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you as soon as possible and inform you of the cancellation or change. Where possible, we will offer you alternatives, but if these alternatives are not acceptable to you, the booking will be deemed cancelled and we will refund any sums you have paid to us within 14 days of cancellation.

Regulations on relocations
In the event of unavailability of accommodation or in the event of force majeure, we reserve the right to accommodate the Client in whole or in part in accommodation of an equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same nature.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not pay you any compensation under the following circumstances:

– When we make a minor change to your booking.
– When we make a major change to your booking or cancel it.
– When we make a major change to your booking and you accept it or accept a substitute booking that we offer you.
– When we have to cancel your booking because you have not paid the full price on time.
– When we have made changes or cancelled as a result of changes requested by you.
– When we are forced to cancel or modify your reservation due to force majeure.

Cleaning and linen supply
Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental price.
Household linen is provided for your stay: duvet, duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase, bath towel, bath mat, tea towel.
We offer an additional cleaning service, including change of sheets and towels for stays of more than 5 days (upon request and at an additional cost).

Price and price revision
Prices include:
The provision of the accommodation concerned, fully equipped in accordance with the description given on the various communication media as well as cleaning fees, service fees and tourist tax.

No reservations in the name of other people
The reservation is made on a strictly personal basis.

You may not sublet or transfer your booking without our consent. For safety and insurance reasons, exceeding the number of occupants specified by the customer when booking is not permitted. As such, we may refuse any person beyond the number specified when booking. If it turns out that the property was booked in someone else's name, this will result in immediate cancellation of the booking, without refund.

No parties, events or gatherings
If a guest is found to be hosting a party, event, or gathering, the reservation will be immediately canceled, with no refund of the reservation or deposit.

Modification of stay
The client has the possibility to modify the dates of the stay subject to availability and accommodation possibilities.

The amounts already paid for the current reservation will be transferred to the new reservation.

In the event that the rate of the new reservation is lower than the rate of the initial reservation, the difference between the two stays will be refunded to the customer, except in the event of modification less than fourteen (14) days before the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that all cancellation requests must be sent by email.
To receive a full refund (*), cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to check-in.

Full refund (*) for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
No refund will be made in case of non-arrival.
Cleaning fees and tourist tax will be refunded if cancellation is made before the arrival date.

In the event of failure to enter the premises no later than four days after the rental start date, we reserve the right to seek to re-let the accommodation during the period initially reserved by the customer.

(*) Card transaction fees PayPal, Stripe And Swikly are not refundable.

Transaction fees
PayPal  2.90% + 0.35 EUR

Swikly 1.80% 

Stripe 
EU Standard Cards: 1.50 % + 0.25 EUR
EU Premium Card: 1.90% + 0.25 EUR
UK Cards: 2.50% + 0.25 EUR + 2 % in case of currency conversion
International Cards: 3.25 % + 0.25 EUR + 2 % in case of currency conversion

Request or Complaint
Please note that any request to change or cancel your reservation must be sent by email.
Any complaint must be sent by email within 14 days of departure from the stay, after this period, no complaint will be taken into account.

Security deposit
A pre-authorization on your credit card is required as a security deposit prior to your arrival, to cover any damage to the accommodation, such as lost keys, excessive cleaning, missing inventory, or non-compliance with the house rules.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the security deposit is not paid within the required timeframe.

Security fees charged by Swikly 
1.73% of the amount of the security deposit.

Payment method
We accept payments in cash or by bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, American Express). If payment is not received within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation made, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.                                   

Termination clause
The furnished real estate properties designated below are exclusively rented on a seasonal basis, as the lessor's second home. As such, this rental is excluded from the scope of Law No. 89-462 of July 6, 1989.
